Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with Luxe Glow Luxury Wellness Co. ("Luxe Glow," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an intake form or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Luxe Glow offers premium wellness products, including research peptides and related wellness items, for personal use. Orders are delivered in person within our Dallas-Fort Worth service area or shipped by mail.
Luxe Glow is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or clinic, and does not employ, contract with, or operate under the supervision of a physician for the benefit of clients. Products, including research peptides, are sourced, stored, and prepared or mixed to order by Luxe Glow for personal wellness use. We do not provide medical care, prescriptions, diagnosis, or treatment, and no physician-patient relationship is created by contacting us, using this website, or placing an order. Any decision to order or use a product is made by you, at your own discretion and risk, after consulting your own licensed physician.
The information, protocols, and products provided by Luxe Glow are for personal wellness use only. Nothing we provide constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from your own licensed physician. Most research peptides and related products offered by Luxe Glow are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for the uses discussed. You should consult your own licensed physician before ordering or using any product, and should not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything provided by Luxe Glow.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Because products are prepared to order, orders may not be cancellable once preparation has begun. For scheduled in-person deliveries, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed deliveries or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to the full order amount.
We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control, and will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment is due at the time you place your order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via Venmo (@Jessica-Gilder), Cash App ($JGilder2158), and other methods communicated when you order. All sales are final; refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that ordering, receiving, preparing, and using wellness products — including research peptides — involves inherent and potentially unknown risks, and that products offered by Luxe Glow are sourced, stored, mixed, and prepared to order rather than dispensed by a pharmacy or under physician supervision. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your order and use of any product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Luxe Glow Luxury Wellness Co. and its owner, Jessica Gilder, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to the sourcing, preparation, delivery, or use of any product ordered from Luxe Glow, whether or not caused by negligence, except where such release is prohibited by law. You further agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Glow harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of your order or use of any product.
Any photos, videos, or testimonials used on our website, social media, or marketing materials are used with the express written consent of the individual depicted. Where stock or representative imagery is used, it will be labeled as illustrative and does not depict actual clients or results.
All content on our website, intake materials, protocols, and marketing assets are the property of Luxe Glow Luxury Wellness Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
